From New York:
Take I-95 North to New Haven. Merge onto I-91 North to Exit 8. Go right off of exit 8 and proceed 1.3 miles. We are located in Planet Fitness Park on the right hand side.

From New London:
Take I-95 South toward New Haven. Merge onto I-91 North (while crossing bridge into New Haven) and proceed to exit 8. At the end of exit 8, go right for 1.3 miles. We are located in Planet Fitness Park (on the right).

From Hartford:
Take I-91 South to exit 8. Take a left at end of exit 8 and proceed 1.3 miles. We are located in Planet Fitness Park (on the right).
